Great interview with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh on The Colbert Report. Nominally, he’s promoting his new book, Delivering Happiness; on a much larger level, he’s promoting a company culture that allows Zappos to beat the “lowest cost provider” mentality of internet retailing and that should allow them to continue to expand beyond their original market of shoes.
